• Investigator Vendor Management:

  Through our association and membership in the World Association of Detectives, the National Council of Investigative and Security Specialists, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, CIB has developed a network of dedicated, reliable and professional investigators throughout the entire United States and in 68 foreign countries.

  CIB requires each investigative partner to provide yearly updated liability insurance certificates maintaining $2,000,000 in coverage. Each partner is required to provide current state licenses where applicable and provide evidence of good standing with each state where they are licensed.

• Special Investigative Unit

  James Tierney, a former SIU Investigator for Aetna heads up the CIB SIU and is skilled and knowledgeable in investigating and presenting fraud cases to the various state fraud bureaus. He has extensive experience in the various methods and procedures each state has in meeting strict reporting requirements and deadlines for fraud cases. He is also skilled at conducting the investigation and preparing the actual case with documentation, interviews and statements.

  CIB will assist clients in establishing an approved investigative and surveillance panel and screen potential partners. We will insure the companies have the proper licensing, insurance and technical capabilities to perform video surveillance and investigation in the states where they are conducting the work.
